Our working process:

•  Consultation

• Site Survey

Site surveys are conducted by our technical professionals. Under the guidance of our leader Er. Milan Nepali, our team visits your construction site and accurately measures the land. Site survey and analysis include soil conditions, site suitability, land structure, and many other factors.

• Design

ST Builders has its in-house professional architects and structural engineers with more than 10 years of field experience. Our architectural team prepares the overall house design, and our structural engineering team designs the building’s strength. 

• Quotation

 You will get a detailed document outlining what work will be done, how much the project will cost, and how the project will be executed. Quotation includes information like project name, location, client name, BOQ, labor cost and many more. Details of materials brand we use such as Shivam Cement, Ambee Steel, Asian Paints is also included in quotation.

• Contract

For transparency, ST Builders enters into a contract agreement with clients, which serves as the client’s approval of our quotation. For example, Aasiq Ali agreed to our quotation and signed the legal contract, after which we started the project. The terms and conditions of the agreement cannot be changed during the project.

• Construction

The project will be started based on the legal agreement, following its terms and conditions. Our 3-storeys modern house construction has already started in Budhanilkantha under agreement conditions.  

• Final Handover

We will hand over the project after the final inspection. Our 5-storey residential construction which is currently under construction in 8 Aana 3 Paisa 1.88 Daam land area in Imadol, Lalitpur will also be handed over to the client within 12–14 months.
