Nikap Village Resort is located in Chandragiri Municipality, away from the busy city, and is well known as a peaceful picnic and vacation spot. The resort offers a beautiful 360-degree view of the Kathmandu Valley along with comfortable room facilities.
ST Builders has worked with Nikap Resort several times, providing complete construction services from design and development to renovation work.

Since the resort is located in a hilly area, site access was quite challenging. Transportation of construction materials was especially difficult due to the road conditions. However, our team managed these challenges through careful planning and coordination on-site.
Despite these difficulties, ST Builders completed the project within 7 months. The resort now stands beautifully finished, offering a clear and stunning view of the Kathmandu Valley.
