Established in 1998, Caspian Valley College is known for its academic performance and extracurricular activities and located in Kumaripati, Lalitpur.
This college is added to our renovation works list. With over 30 years of industry expertise, we have provided various scope of renovation work and carried out the whole work professionally.

• Roof leakage fixing
• New tiling work
• Crack filling
The school had damaged walls, cracks, and flooring issues, among other problems and they were also facing roof leakage problem, which was creating a difficult learning environment for students. All of these issues were solved by ST Builder’s team.
The old-looking building has been transformed into a renewed and improved space through our continuous hard work. The project was completed in 3 months. After the renovation, the building is now safer and more comfortable for both students and teachers.
