Our Construction Process

We follow a structured and transparent construction workflow to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

1. Consultation

Every project begins with a detailed consultation. Our CEO, Mr. Baliram Thakur, conducts in-depth discussions with clients to understand their requirements and preferences. Our expert team also provides guidance throughout the entire process.

 

2. Site Survey

Our technical team, under the supervision of Er. Milan Nepali, conducts a detailed site visit. This includes land measurement and analysis of soil condition, site suitability, and structural feasibility.

 

3. Design

We have an in-house team of experienced architects and structural engineers with over 10 years of expertise. The architectural team prepares the layout, while structural engineers ensure building safety and strength.

 

4. Quotation

 You will get a detailed document outlining what work will be done, how much the project will cost, and how the project will be executed. Quotation includes information like project name, location, client name, BOQ, labor cost and many more. Details of materials brand we use such as Shivam Cement, Ambee Steel, Asian Paints is also included in quotation.

 

5. Contract Agreement

Once the quotation is approved, a formal contract is signed to ensure transparency and mutual agreement. After signing, project terms and conditions remain fixed throughout the construction period.

 

6. Construction Phase

Construction begins as per the approved design and contract terms. Our ongoing projects include modern multi-storey houses being built under strict quality supervision and engineering standards.

 

7. Final Handover

After final inspection and quality checks, the project is officially handed over to the client. Along with the handover, we provide a 24-month warranty document, which is also known as the Defect Liability Period (DLP). During this period, we are responsible for rectifying any defects arising from workmanship or material issues, ensuring quality assurance and client peace of mind.
