30+ Years of Construction Expertise in Nepal

ST Builders Nepal is a trusted construction company based in Tinkune, Kathmandu. Backed by more than 30 years of industry experience, we have successfully completed over 340 residential and commercial building projects across Kathmandu Valley, including Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur.

We are recognized for delivering quality workmanship, timely project completion, and exceptional client satisfaction. Our expertise spans residential and commercial construction, architectural and structural design, interior design, renovation, and turnkey construction services. While Kathmandu Valley remains our primary service area, we are steadily expanding to provide reliable building solutions across Nepal.

Our Journey

The foundation of ST Builders was built on decades of practical experience in Nepal’s construction industry. Before officially establishing ST Builders on May 20, 2013, our founder, Mr. Sunil Thakur, had already been actively involved in construction work since 1993 as a local building contractor.

Through years of hands-on experience, he developed expertise in residential and commercial construction, project execution, and site management. This practical knowledge became the foundation for establishing ST Builders as a professional construction company.

Although ST Builders was officially established in 2013, our construction expertise dates back to 1993. Today, ST Builders combines more than three decades of practical experience with modern engineering practices, skilled professionals, and efficient project management to deliver safe, durable, and high-quality buildings that stand the test of time.
